Our abrasive jet waterjet cutting system cuts complex parts out of most materials including metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, stone and composites directly from a CAD or DXF file. Parts can also be cut with an accuracy of +/- 0.5mm.

Roll Forming and Tube Bending

Mandrel bending of tube on precision tooling eliminates humps, wrinkles, and wall collapse providing better internal gas/liquid flow volume.

Our roll-forming machines with hydraulic adjustment and digital readout are fast and efficient. We roll using dies up to 76 mm OD round and have spacers for square, U channel and RHS.
